How the PTO Plan Works

Paid time off and long-term sick days begin accruing immediately upon hire, based on hours paid in the pay period, up to a maximum of 80 hours.

PTO accruals are updated every pay period.

PTO days can be accumulated up to a total of 2 times the employee's current annual accrual.

Long-term sick days can be accumulated up to a maximum of 480 hours (60 days).

All unused PTO time is paid-out upon termination.

Long-term sick days are not paid-out upon termination.

You may only use long-term sick days after you have had 5 consecutive days of absence due to your own illness.
