Airborne is a state-of-the-art FAA 145 Repair Station, Certificate # ABXR001A. Located on the Wilmington Air Park in Wilmington, Ohio, our 100,000-square-foot facility houses all of the equipment necessary to provide a total quality product. The Airborne Repair Station specializes in overhaul and repair, fabrication, and remanufacture of sheet metal and composite components
for various airframes to include flight controls, doors, panels, cowls, and fairings. Our extensive repair capabilities include mechanical components, avionics, instruments, electrical components, wheels and brakes. With 25 years of experience operating and maintaining a large fleet of B767, DC9, and DC8 aircraft, our team delivers customer satisfaction.
The machine shop at Airborne is a well-equipped precision machine shop providing both repair and manufacturing services with CAD capabilities and a dedicated engineering staff.
