AMES Announces New Leadership Roles

Todd France to lead Business Development; Brad Heath to direct Business Operations

WILMINGTON, Ohio - March 24, 2014 – Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES) recently announced new roles for two members of its top management staff.

Todd France to lead Business Development

Todd France

Todd France has assumed the role of Director of Business Development. In this role Todd will manage all sales activities in all business units throughout AMES. In his prior role, France was Director of Business Operations overseeing business planning, contracts, pricing, strategic initiatives, customer support, material sales and management, and purchasing. He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Fresno.

Brad Heath to direct Business Operations

Brad Heath

Brad Heath has been named AMES' Director of Business Operations. His appointment includes responsibility over contracts, capacity planning, strategic initiatives, and various support departments. Heath has previously served AMES in director-level positions overseeing component repair, overhaul, & manufacturing; business development; and engineering. He holds an MBA from Xavier University and a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University.

The personnel changes were made to support the company's growth following the anticipated completion of a new 100,000-sq-ft, two-bay facility at the Wilmington Air Park later this year. The new building will expand AMES' hangar capacity by almost 50 percent.

"It's important that we have the right leadership team in place as we focus on the tremendous expansion opportunity before us," said AMES President Brady Templeton. "Both Brad and Todd have the experience and drive necessary to ensure that we are well-positioned for growth."
