AMES SERVICING BOEING 767 AIRCRAFT FOR NORTH AMERICAN AIRLINES

WILMINGTON, Ohio – April 8, 2013 – Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES), announced that it has entered into a heavy maintenance agreement with North American Airlines, Inc. (NAA) for light and heavy maintenance services.

AMES AND DHL SIGN 3-YEAR HEAVY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR 767 C CHECKS
WILMINGTON, OHIO – February 19, 2013 – Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES) announced that it signed an agreement with DHL to provide heavy maintenance services for at least twenty-eight (28) C checks over three years on DHL-owned and leased Boeing 767-200F aircraft currently operating in the U.S. network.

AMES COMPLETES AFT PRESSURE BULKHEAD REPLACEMENT ON B767F
WILMINGTON, OHIO – January 28, 2013 – Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES) completed the replacement of the aft pressure bulkhead of a Boeing 767-200 freighter aircraft for customer ABX Air, Inc.

EMPLOYEES AT ATSG COMPANIES RAISE OVER $64,000 FOR CHARITY (via ATSGinc.com)
WILMINGTON, OHIO – January 16, 2013 – During their annual fundraising drive to benefit local charities, employees of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries at Wilmington Air Park raised $64,640 in pledges and donations, including a $10,000 corporate contribution from ATSG. AMES AND CCPA TO BUILD TWO-BAY HANGAR FACILITY
WILMINGTON, OHIO – December 27, 2012 – Airborne Maintenance and Engineering Services, Inc. (AMES) and the Clinton County Port Authority have completed the necessary arrangements to proceed with the financing and construction of a new hangar facility at the Wilmington Air Park.
